This is an accredited PRINCE2 training course that meets all the international quality standards. All trainers are experienced project managers. The training course is relatively fast-paced and the method is handled pragmatically.

Based on real-life case studies and cases from their own experience, candidates will develop a large number of projects using the PRINCE2 method. This training is mainly practical; theory is only covered if necessary, but there is plenty of room for discussion.

Over a 3-day period, you will play the roles of the project board, project manager and project employee. During these assignments you will have plenty of opportunity to discuss with your fellow students.

Once you have successfully completed this training course you will be awarded a highly regarded project management qualification both in the Netherlands and abroad.

After the training course, we recommend that the candidates spend at least 20 hours studying independently in order to fully prepare for the Practitioner exam.

Project management, organisational sensitivity, cooperating, problem analysis.

The training course will be given by Abram Janse of Good Sense.

Individuals who regularly participate in projects or support projects and have a guiding role therein, such as steering committee members, project managers, project leaders, team managers and managers of facilities departments.
