Learning from and with colleagues

During intervision you discuss situations that arise at work with colleagues, led by a intervision facilitator.

As preparation for the intervision meeting, you describe a situation you would like to discuss. During the meeting you reflect together on this situation and investigate how you can best handle this.

Intervision can concern professional issues, but can also involve personal performance. It can concern changes at work and how to handle these, as well as collaboration with colleagues.

Why intervision?

It is inspiring to learn from and with colleagues. By giving each other feedback, you can contribute to each other’s development and help each other to perform better at work.

You learn to look critically at your own actions and become more aware of your motives and the effects of your actions on your environment.

If you would like to organise one or more intervision sessions for your team, please contact us to discuss the options.

We also organise open intervision sessions, for which all EUR employees can register.
