Team sessions for faculties
Faculties consist of different types of teams. That might be an administrative forum or an individual department. Specially for teams of academic staff, we offer team sessions which we tailor to the specific issue and composition of the team.
- What is our common vision which gives both direction (and meaning) and scope for the subjects of the researchers?
- How do we create a vision which connects internally and provides clarity externally?
- How do we manage the internal workload? How do we continue to support each other when the pressure rises? What agreements do we want to make together on this?
- How do we make it easier to find each other (in a busy environment) and thus create an atmosphere of cooperation?
- The academic staff, departments, administrative forums, existing or new teams.
