Admission to the IBA programme is based on

1. your academic performance as indicated by your grade point average – 50%
2. your motivation to study IBA at RSM – 25%
3. your extracurricular activities, illustrated by your curriculum vitae – 25%

Selection procedure & application deadline

The ultimate deadline for registering in the Dutch national student registration system Studielink is 15 January. The ultimate deadline for completing the RSM Online Application Form (OLAF) is 31 January. 

Applications will be evaluated after the 31 January deadline. The 600 candidates with the best scores will be offered admission to the programme on 15 April. All other eligible applicants will be put on a waiting list.

All applicants are kindly requested to apply online according to the procedure explained at This site also offers you guidelines for the registration procedure of the Dutch national student registration system, Studielink. Scans of the following documents must be submitted:

  • grade list from your penultimate school year;
  • diploma or diploma statement (declaring the name of the diploma you are studying for) if diploma is not yet available;
  • valid passport;
  • result of TOEFL or IELTS (if applicable);
  • motivation for the programme.

After you have been given an offer, you must send certified copies of your diploma and your final grade list. We strongly advise you to send your documents via certified mail or an official courier.
