Student representative grants

The university provides student representative grants to:

  • Students who are a member of a Programme Committee, Faculty Council, University Council or the Erasmus MC Gezamenlijke Vergadering ('Joint Council') or a board member of the Stichting Erasmus Sport. More information

Private funding and the EUR emergency fund There are private funds available to subsidise students who travel abroad to study for shorter or longer periods of time. Some of the funds assist students who find themselves in dire financial straits. The university’s emergency fund helps students with financial difficulties by granting them a short-term loan. For more information, please contact a student counsellor.
Childcare subsidy Since 1 January 2005 students have been able to claim reimbursement from the state and their local council for childcare costs incurred. This applies to the cost of day-care for children up to the age of four, pre- and after-school care for primary school children, and child-minding services provided by parental participation crèches or host parents via a state-accredited host parent agency. A precondition however is that you are enrolled for a NVAO accredited bachelor or master’s degree. More information
