Student Projects

The Erasmus Studio and eHumanities Group are eager to cooperate with individual scholars and research groups interested in studying the interactions between information and communication technologies and e-research practices. We  offer research opportunities for PhD students and Masters students.

In case you are interested in exploring the area of e-research, you may consider the following possibilities:

  • Write your Masters thesis with one of us as your first or second supervisor. We have experience in supervising academic students, both in the Netherlands and from abroad. In such cases we will set up an agreement of cooperation with your university.
  • Develop your PhD project in one of the themes of our research programme. We can offer you expert supervision in collaboration with your professor.
  • Visit us for an extended period of research. We provide an exciting intellectual environment, which offers possibilities for focused research. This may vary from a week-long visit to an extended sabbatical leave. Usually these visits result in common projects or co-authored articles.
  • Conduct a project with us using web-based infrastructure or participate in one of our current projects.
