The practice of Economics involves the efficient allocation of resources, the effective organisation of businesses and markets and the development of effective government policy in order to facilitate greater prosperity.

With an MSc in Economics and Business, you will be able to evaluate problems from an economic perspective (i.e. with respect to privatisation, corporate governance, the organisation of competition in markets, government regulation in regions), as well as to assess strategic issues within companies. You will be able to conduct sound analyses and convert them into policy recommendations and strategies.
