Erasmus University research cluster on the Governance of Migration and Diversity

 The research cluster on the Governance of Migration and Diversity is an interdepartmental research cluster focusing on issues of governance in the domains of migration and migrant integration. It involves a cooperation of the departments of Public Administration (research group Public Policy & Society) and the department of Sociology (CIMIC Institute). The cluster studies issues of migration, integration and diversity from a policy sciences perspective.

Currently, the cluster is working on various long-term scientific projects with about 10 researchers from both departments. Also, the cluster hosts the editorial office of the Journal of Comparative Migration Studies and the network of office of European network of excellence IMISCOE. The cluster is coordinated by dr. Peter Scholten (see www.peterscholten.eu).
