2014 ECMI Symposium on Marketing & Innovation

On May 27-28, 2014, the Erasmus Center for Marketing & Innovation (ECMI), a center of the Department of Marketing at the Erasmus School of Economics, is organizing a two day symposium entitled “From Innovation to Marketing Success” during the 100th year celebration of the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. 

This symposium is the inaugural edition of a bi-annual symposium series organized jointly by the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the European Marketing Academy (EMAC). The conference is co-chaired by Erasmus professors Stefan Stremersch, Gui Liberali and Roland Rust.

This top-notch event hosts distinguished guests such Paul Polman (CEO of Unilever), Jean-Francois Van Boxmeer(Chairman of the Executive Board/CEO of Heineken NV), Frans Muller (CEO of Delhaize), Jacques Van den Broek(CEO of Randstad), Jan Peter Balkenende (former prime minister of the Netherlands), Frits Goldschmeding (founder of the Randstad Holding), Nirmalya Kumar (Head of Strategy Tata Group, Member of Executive Committee Tata Group),Yves Leterme (Adjunct Secretary General of the OECD and former prime minister of Belgium), Anil Menon (Chief Globalisation Officer, Cisco), Jagdish Sheth (Charles H.
