Aleksandra Piletic is a PhD researcher in the Governance, Law and Social Justice (GLSJ) research group at the Institute of Social Studies (ISS) of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
She holds a BA (Honors) in Philosophy from American University in Washington, DC and an Erasmus Mundus MA (with merit) in Public Policy, with a specialization in Political Economy and Development. Her research is broadly concerned with the question of how neoliberal processes are articulated across space, producing variegated institutional landscapes. In her dissertation, she is focusing on developing a systematic understanding of the neoliberalization of cities through the lens of institutional complementarities and the French Regulation School.
