Ben Kuipers (1975) is Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Adminstration of Erasmus University Rotterdam. 

Kuipers is specialized in teamwork, strategic HRM and organizational change in the public sector. Since his PhD in 2005, he combines working in science and consulting. His research and work at Volvo has won him multiple awards.

His present research and teaching focuses on strategic HRM and performance, various forms of teamworking, and change leadership in public organizations.
