Qiaomei Yang is a PhD candidate at the Department of Public Administration of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Hunan University, China, in 2011. In the same year, she continued her study at the same university, majoring in Public Administration. From 2011 to 2014, she was interested in interest group politics and public policy in China.
Since September 2014, she embarked on doing research on diffusion and adoption of e-government services in China. The main issue she is and will continue to address is how to explain e-government diffusion in China. Financially, she is supported by China Scholarship Council (CSC).
She is under the supervision of Professor Victor Bekkers (Doctoral Supervisor) and Associate Professor Vincent Homburg (Daily Advisor).
