Port Policy and Strategy
The management of a port is a complex and multi-facetted task. The port authority has to deal on international markets, create a healthy business environment, find a symbiosis with local society and have a sharp eye for future developments. Ports are also of great importance for regions, countries and continents. Therefore policymakers have substantial attention for port related policies, ranging from regional development plans to Trans European transport networks. Erasmus UPT has strong experience in supporting both port authorities and policy-makers by providing them with insights, facts and analysis that are needed for their choices and decisions.
