Erasmus University Rotterdam is delighted to be organizing the 14th WSAN Annual Seminar (HUMANE), which will take place on Friday 30 September – Saturday 1 October 2016 and will be hosted by the Erasmus University Business School, Rotterdam School of Management and the Erasmus University College located in the heart of Rotterdam. Rotterdam is recently listed by Lonely Planet in the top 5 of must see cities in the world.

This years theme is focused on the new university support professional: Entrepreneur, Strategist and Networker. The 2016 WSAN seminar brings together a network of support professionals from the best universities in Europe to discuss the possible influential roles support professionals can play in transforming their university business models. The programme is designed to challenge the mindset of delegates and to formulate the best possible role for all involved. The programme is designed in 3 thematic rounds, all introduced by an international speaker to contextualize the theme and a group exercise to formulate impactful pathways for transition and envision new roles for the future. The 3 themes create 3 different complementary perspectives on the overall theme of the WSAN seminar: business model level, work context level and personal excellence level. In each theme delegates will be challenged with group exercises that stimulate personal growth and friendly networking among the WSAN alumni delegates.
