Is seaweed the answer to sustainable beer brewing? Swinkels Family brewers are currently doing some experiments to see if it might lead to a more sustainable beer brewing future.

Innovation in beer brewing, something one might not immediately think of. Swinkels family brewers seek to make their brewing of Palm and Bavaria beer more sustainable. Not only by using less water, but also by allowing the turf to absorb more CO2 from the air.
