Besides the activities that Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management hosts for its alumni, we also have indepent alumni association, ESHPMa, that is actively committed to our alumni network. With Pernette Gerla as their president, ESHPMa facilitates an exchange of knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector.
Hello alumni,
I am delighted to be able to tell you something about the alumni association ESHPMa. My name is Pernette Gerla, President of ESHPMa. As an alumni association, our members are all Health Sciences graduates. Most of us work in healthcare, ranging from hospitals and care homes to consultancies and health insurers. Together we form a good network for sharing knowledge and experiences, which ensures that as an alumni association we can connect members and professionals, to inspire, advise and motivate them!
As an alumni association, we function independently from Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management (ESHPM), but have recently also begun collaborating with the School. I look forward to a fruitful partnership in which we join forces to offer our alumni a valuable network and interesting news and meetings.

With over 500 members, ESHPM alumni association (ESHPMa) is one of the biggest alumni associations associated with Erasmus University Rotterdam. ESHPMa (previously aBMG) was founded in 1995 with the aim to create a network of Health Sciences graduates. Our roots lie with Erasmus University Rotterdam, at ESHPM.
