De Senior Kwalificatie Onderwijs (SKO) is een traject voor docenten in het hoger onderwijs, gericht op het verbeteren van de vervulling van hun verschillende senior onderwijsrollen. Tijdens deze poster fair zullen deelnemers die het traject in oktober 2025 zijn gestart, hun onderwijsprojecten delen.

Op de dag zelf kun je vrij inlopen tussen 15:00 en 16:30.
De poster fair is een initiatief om geleerde lessen te delen en ideeën uit te wisselen, maar ook om in contact te komen met innovators van andere faculteiten. Een uitstekend moment voor SKO-alumni om weer bij elkaar te komen met hun peer-groep. En een perfecte timing voor beleidsadviseurs, onderwijsadviseurs, vice-decanen van onderwijs, begeleiders en andere docenten om te leren wat de docenten van jouw faculteit op persoonlijk en professioneel niveau hebben geleerd, evenals de onderwijsprojecten en verbeteringen die ze tijdens de SKO hebben uitgevoerd. De onderwijsprojecten van deze cohort zijn zeer divers, variërend van het bouwen aan meer inclusieve leergemeenschappen en het versterken van AI-geletterdheid tot het ontwikkelen van soft skills. De posters zijn interactief en nodigen bezoekers uit om hun ideeën te delen, te reageren op stellingen en zelf dingen uit te proberen.
