    Don't eat bread, steer clear of seed oil, and make sure you consume plenty of protein. You hear all kinds of claims about food and nutrition online. But what should we believe? Nutrition scientist Coen Dros takes you through it. He works as a nutrition scientist and dietitian at Erasmus MC. In addition, he runs an online platform where he checks whether online claims about nutrition are accurate.
