Equal opportunities at the office

Two smiling employees at their work place

We strive to be an employer where every employee feels welcome, safe and heard. The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access (IDEA) Center works every day to increase inclusion and diversity. For example, we use toolkits for inclusive recruitment and selection, we offer various facilities to help you combine your work and private life and there are various networks you can join, such as Young@EUR, Female Academics Moving toward Equity (FAME) and QuEUR.

IDEA Center

Our Inclusion, Diversity, Equality & Access (IDEA) Center creates and monitors diversity and inclusion policies. The team exchanges information, connects, supports and provides advice to all departments within our university.
