Student reports
Every student is required to write a student report about your exchange. You probably prepared yourself by reading about other students’ experiences, new students are eager to read your stories. At the same time, your findings are crucial in evaluation of your host university as an exchange destination. For these reasons, a format for the student report exists.

Pictures
In order to give future students a good idea of exchange, we would like to receive two digital pictures (min. 1 MB) of your exchange to be placed on our website and possibly in promotional material. The pictures must represent the following:
- One photo of your partner university and/or campus;
- One photo of one of your highlights on exchange – what exemplifies (your) exchange for you?
The pictures must be of interest to students orientating themselves. Think of pictures of the university campus, in class, of social activities or of trips you took. Feeling camera-shy? You do not have to be on the picture itself. We are happy to receive pictures from nature, buildings, events, etc. as well.
Deadline
The deadline to submit the student report and pictures is 15 February (for students on exchange during the fall semester) and 15 July (for students who went abroad during the spring semester).Students who do not meet the deadline, will not receive the last payment of the scholarship.
