Amanda will be representing She Matters - an innovative social enterprise working for empowering migrant and refugee women to build their social and economic capital.

Amanda Paz Alencar will be presenting about the challenges and opportunities of Latin American women in the labour market in The Netherlands at the VIII Ibero-American Week of International Justice, The Hague (June 6, 2018). Amanda will discuss the current economic participation and outcomes for Latin American women, cultural and language barriers they face to enter the labour market, as well as entrepreneurship and opportunities for growth through education and trainings. Amanda will be representing She Matters - an innovative social enterprise working for empowering migrant and refugee women to build their social and economic capital in this relevant panel. Amanda has recently become part of the Advisory Council of She Matters, and will be collaborating with this organisation in research projects, workshop events and consultancy.

Panel discussion
