Organizational culture influences behavior, often without us realizing it. It determines how people collaborate, communicate, and make decisions—and also what they don't do. A strong culture can connect, but also exclude. How do you know what's truly going on in your organization?

Our culture analysis maps the perceived culture and compares it to the desired culture. We don't rely on superficial averages, but rather employ an in-depth, mixed methodology. We combine quantitative data with personal stories from various levels of the organization.
