The rector magnificus of the Erasmus University Rotterdam announces that Prof.dr. M.P.A. (Martine) Bouman, professor of Entertainment Media and Social Change at Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication, will present her public valedictory lecture on Friday 26 April 2024.
The valedictory lecture will be entitled:
Balancing between fiction and friction: entertainment with added value
Professors are invited to participate with gown in the academic procession. We kindly request them to be present from 15:30 hrs on the first floor of the Erasmus (A) Building, near the rector’s room.
The ceremony will begin at 16.00 hrs promptly in the Aula, Erasmus (A) building, of the university, Burgemeester Oudlaan 50, Rotterdam.
