Fruit for healthy lifestyle
Niels Vink and Sander Palm

Niels Vink, PhD candidate, and Sander Palm, MSc, both lecturers at the Department of Media & Communication at Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication (ESHCC), published their new book “Golden Behaviors” in December 2022.

The book provides 46 nudges you can use to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Niels and Sander use insights from the behavioral sciences to explain why people often act against their own interests. As behavioral experts, they explore how you can nudge your behavior for a healthy lifestyle. With personal and recognizable real-life examples, they discuss the scientific research underlying these behaviors and provide strategies for your daily life.

Niels and Sander were very happy with the publishing of their book. They commented: “It is a great feeling to finally hold this book in our hands after 2,5 years of researching, writing and editing.” The book is available in The Netherlands via Bol.com or internationally via Amazon.com.
