A statue of Polish General Stanislaw Maczek has been revealed at the Westerschelde. Dr. Iwona Gusc talks about his remarkable life with NOS (Met het oog op morgen). Maczek played a big role in liberating the Netherlands during the Second World War. Iwona is cultural historian at the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication (ESHCC).
