ERMeCHS Digital Research Lab facilitates the use of innovative digital research methods by our researchers. The lab is a physical space for research data gathering with advanced digital equipment as well as demonstrations and workshops about the equipment and software available. It is also a virtual space with information about the latest software built by and used by ERMeCHS researchers. The lab has been established as part of the EUR Research Excellence Initiative (REI) project Transformations in the Production and Consumption of Media and Culture.
Lecturers and researchers can borrow equipment from the Learning & Innovation Team, in collaboration with the Research Office's Digital Research Lab. If you would like to borrow from the list of equipment, please send an email to innovationhub@eshcc.eur.nl, and include secretariaat@eshcc.eur.nl in CC, with the following information:
- Your name.
- Role.
- Equipment requested.
- Date equipment will be collected and returned (the loan period).
- Purpose for borrowing the equipment .
Requests to borrow equipment should be submitted (at least) 10 working days prior to the start of the loan period.
All requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
Following confirmation of availability and the loan period, you can collect the equipment from a member of the L&I team in M8-23 at the agreed time.
