Below is the information on conference registration fees. Conference fees are discounted for members and only members are eligible for student and online registration. Costs for an SSN membership are €65 for a period of two years. Current SSN memberships will be extended for an additional two years.
- Conference fee including SSN membership: €390.00 (€325 + €65)
- Student conference fee including SSN membership: €190.00 (€125 + €65)
- Online fee including SSN membership: €125.00* (€60 + €65)
Early-bird discounts (Available until 20th April 2022)
- Early-bird conference fee including SSN membership: €350.00 (€285 + €65)
- Early-bird student conference fee including SSN membership: €150.00 (€85 + €65)
*The intention is for two full tracks across three days to be in hybrid form and accessible to online attendees. This includes SSN keynotes and awards.
Previous iterations of SSN have included a conference dinner. Given issues with venue staffing and location hiring during Covid times, at present a conference dinner is not confirmed. The conference organisers are working to create opportunities for social receptions during the conference.
