About our education

Our faculty is an international faculty with students and lecturers from all over the world. We offer small-scale education, which means small groups and a strong focus on personal guidance. At Erasmus School of History, you will build a foundation of theoretical knowledge that you can immediately put into practice during research and practical assignments.

You can choose a Bachelor's programme in History, Cultural Studies or Media & Communication. Our study programmes approach these areas from cultural, economic, political and social perspectives, at the intersection of the humanities and social sciences. Bachelor Open Day

Our Bachelor Open Day is your chance to step into the world of Erasmus University Rotterdam. Twice a year, you can join us on campus or take part online—wherever you are in the world. Dive into our programme presentations, explore our vibrant campus and the beautiful city of Rotterdam through interactive tours, and discover what makes studying here unique.

Whether you’re watching live or exploring at your own pace, you’ll meet our students and study advisors, ask your burning questions, and get a real taste of life as a student in the Netherlands. By the end of the day, you’ll have a clear picture of why students from all over the world choose to study at EUR.
