Results business model TRAVELOT (GUT)

Re-Frame Fashion - spools, buttons and threads

During the course, students learned to use the business model canvas or lean canvas (Osterwalder & Pigneur 2010; Maurya, 2011), which is an engineering approach to build a successful business. Students prepared this business model canvas and were divided into seven project groups. Students came up with a few new brands projects, including TRAVELOT (clothes for travellers), VEGFASHION (clothes for vegetarians), WEAR IT! (functional clothes), McTYRON (plus size women and men), FEELING GOOD (clothes for minimalists) and two applications SIZING (helping customers to select the right size) and STYLE ADVISOR (helping to create an individual style). All started with a creativity session by using Mind Maps and ended with presenting their business models for the invented fashion brands. For more information about the results of this course, find enclosed an example of the final project business model of Travelot.
