At Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management (ESHPM), we train the policymakers, advisers, managers and healthcare researchers of the future. We believe it is important that they do not only learn from the books, but are introduced to the working field early on in their studies and get to work on concrete, socially relevant issues. We call this impact-driven education.
For our various courses, we are regularly looking for organisations where students can work on concrete, relevant practical issues. Below is an outline of the courses where we currently use practical assignments.
- Technology & Innovation
Analyse your technological innovation issue, design solution, innovation advice and final presentation. This subject is part of our undergraduate Health Sciences, BMG. - Analysing and Changing Unhealthy Behaviour
Behavioural issues with a specific focus on addressing unhealthy behaviour. This is a university minor. - Person-Centered Care Delivery
Analysis and advice on patient- or client-centred care delivery in your institution. This subject is part of our Health Care Management master's degree. - Design Thinking for Digital Innovation
This course is part of our European Masters in Health Economics and Management.
Contribute to our practical assignments?
We are looking for organisations to contribute practical assignments for the courses mentioned above. However, we are also open to discussing possible assignments within your organisation that are not mentioned above. It is also possible to offer an internship assignment.
Visit this page for more information on the subjects and contact options (currently the page is only available in Dutch, but do feel free to get in touch if your company's working language is English).
