The Master programme in Health Care Management prepares students for management positions in healthcare. The Master programme combines person-centered care, financial management, human resource management, logistics management, information management, performance management, and strategic management.
We offer three tracks in which students take electives during their thesis preparation. These focus on digital innovations, value-based healthcare, and sustainable healthcare. Assignment
The thesis preparation is taught in groups (of a maximum of five students). Each group consists of a supervisor from ESHPM and a theme in which the supervisor has expertise. Within a theme, students research one component in an independent thesis. This means that, in a collaboration between the supervisor and an organisation, multiple students conduct research on the same challenge.
