Self-regulation skills, such as being able to set goals, maintain motivation to strive for them, and change direction if necessary, are key skills that students should develop during their studies. An important foundation for these skills is a clear and coherent vision of who they want to be in their future: their future work self.
During her CLI Fellowship, Julija Mell developed an evidence-based intervention to help students develop a more coherent vision of their future work self. Join us during this CLI Lunch & Learn to hear more about the results.
