It is with great pleasure that the ECLC welcomes two new PhD candidates from September 2020.
Mr. Yachao Wang (left), who is supervised by Prof. Martijn Scheltema and Prof. Yuwen Li, will conduct his research provincially titled Enforcement of Investor-States Arbitration Awards against States, at the Civil Law Department of Erasmus School of Law.
Mr. Linfeng Xie (right), who is supervised by Prof. Evert Stamhuis and Prof. Yuwen Li, will conduct his research provincially titled Comparative Study on the Data Protection System in Cross-Border E-Commerce in the EU, the US and China, at the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of Erasmus School of law.
