Board grant for student organisations
You may be eligible for a board grant if you are an EUR student and a member of the board of a student organisation.
Individual board grant
This grant is available to students who are members of a Programme Committee, Faculty Council, University Council (or the Joint Assembly at Erasmus MC), or of the board of the Erasmus Sport Foundation.
Tuition fee exemption for full-time board members
Full-time board members of student associations and the University Council can apply for a one-time exemption from tuition fees for the duration of their board year.
New Student Support Fund regulations as of 1 January 2026
As of 1 January 2026, new regulations will apply to the Student Support Fund (formerly known as the Profiling Fund). These changes are necessary due to developments in legislation and case law, and to ensure the regulations better align with current practice.
Key changes
- New name: Student Support Fund
- Clearer explanation of conditions and timeframes
- Some (international) grants will be discontinued, others will be expanded
The full regulations will be available here from January onwards. Until then, the current regulations remain in effect.
