The Faculty Education Agenda (FOA) is a list of projects to be carried out by Erasmus MC's undergraduate and graduate programs in a given year. This includes projects financed through governmental agreement funds, but also projects subsidized in other ways. Each project always involves an owner in addition to a project leader. An owner is crucial to a project. The owner;
- Tests whether a project fits the vision and strategy of the program, Erasmus MC and the EUR.
- Is responsible for a project, feels involved, and makes adjustments or intervenes when necessary.
- Ensures that the results remain available to the organization after a project has ended.
- In principle, any teacher or student can discuss a project idea with one of the owners appropriate to the project idea. It is up to the owner to argue whether a project idea can be developed into a project plan or not.
We currently have 4 types of owners:
- The program directors
- The vice dean
- The director of Research & Education
- The managers of Education & Student Affairs and of the Graduate School.
