How to apply

The application for a research elective must be completed six months prior to the start of the elective.
The application for a clinical elective must be completed nine months prior to the start of the elective.

Application process:

1. Prepare the following documents for your application:
   1. your curriculum vitae;
   2. official proof/certificate of English Proficiency (minimum IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL IBT 80, all other tests will not be accepted. Please note: the IELTS and TOEFL are only valid for 2 years);
   3. Transcript of Records (in English);
   4. a letter of recommendation from your home university;
   5. a copy of a valid passport (.jpg file);
   6. a passport photo (.jpg file)
   7. the digital application form (see download below)
