Eligibility
You can apply for this scholarship if you meet all the points below:
- You are an EEA/EU national.
- You are eligible for the statutory tuition fee.
- You have never studied at a Dutch institution.
- You have been admitted to one of these ESHPM master’s programmes:
Health Care Management (HCM)
Health Economics, Policy & Law (HEPL) - Enrolled by 1 September 2025
Who is this opportunity for?

- Ethnic/religious marginalisation
- Disabilities (physical or mental)
- First-generation student
- LGBTQI+ identity with potential safety risks
- Reduced social capital or sense of security
Terms
- The scholarship is valid for academic year 2026-2027.
- Meeting eligibility does not guarantee selection due to limited scholarships.
- Non-compliance with terms may result in withdrawal of the scholarship.
