Student assistant: minutes secretary University Council

As the minutes secretary, you are responsible for the minutes of the University Council (UC) meetings. Together with the chair, secretary and clerk, you form the clergy of the University Council. This job allows you to gain insight into decision-making at EUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are present at the meetings of the UC and the UC working group on the Higher Education Quality Agreements. Your job is to record minutes and send them to the UC clerk. Note that turnaround time for minutes is 2 working days.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Excellent command of English, working knowledge of Dutch
  • Available on Tuesdays, as all UC meetings take place on this day. You might be requested to work on other weekdays as well.
  • Available for 8-16 hours a week
  • Accurate and deadline-focused
  • Affinity with participatory bodies and decision-making
