On March 12, 2015, S-ray Diagnostics is hosting its annual knowledge seminar on Woudestein campus.
Amongst others, the program offers a roundtable discussion among top executive representatives of four major Dutch corporations: ABN AMRO, Achmea, FrieslandCampina and Douane Nederland (customs administration of the Netherlands). In 2014, we worked with each of these companies to diagnose and enhance strategic alignment throughout the organization.Â
The seminar program furthermore offers a keynote address by Prof. Dr. Daan van Knippenberg, professor of Organizational Behavior at Rotterdam School of Management, on the drivers of alignment. The seminar is opened by Prof. Bernard Wientjes, former chairman of the Dutch employers' association VNO-NCW.Â

Knowledge gained in this collaboration during long-term scientific research on the effective implementation of organizational strategies, has been compiled in a handy management tool: the S-ray scan.
