Dr. Mariangela Lavanga, Dr. Thierry Maillet, and Prof.dr. Ben Wubs have received a SNIP subsidy to set up an European minor Fashion Industry.

The project International Minor Fashion Industry (IMFI) aims to deliver an application for the Erasmus +. The aim is to enhance stronger cooperation between Higher Education Institutes in Europe and with key stakeholders in the fashion industry. The proposal aims to foster quality and innovation in fashion education and endeavours to set up a joint European teaching programme on a minor level that will allow students to follow courses at the Erasmus University and other renowned universities in Europe, i.e. Paris-Sorbonne University (Paris IV), Stockholm University, University of Brescia. The different and complementary expertise of the partners will allow an international and interdisciplinary approach to the study of the fashion industry.
