The Executive Board of Erasmus University Rotterdam has extended the period of appointment of Prof. Philip Hans Franses as Dean of Erasmus School of Economics until 1 February 2019. The recruitment process for a successor is in progress.
As a dean Philip Hans Franses has served Erasmus School of Economics for almost twelve consecutive years. His third 4-year term would formally have come to an end in September 2018.
