Following three years of close collaboration across the consortium and the wider European cultural heritage sector, the RECHARGE project is coming to a close.
The project leaves behind a set of practical resources to help cultural heritage organisations embed participation and sustainability at the heart of their work:
- The RECHARGE Playbook offers step-by-step guidance and ready-to-use tools for designing participatory business models that enhance community engagement and financial resilience.
- The Knowledge Base brings together canvases, exercises, case studies and real stories from Living Labs across Europe, providing inspiration and hands-on support for organisations ready to experiment.
- The Policy Recommendations set out a roadmap for policymakers and funders to make participatory practices a structural and long-term part of the cultural heritage ecosystem.
Together, these outcomes highlight new ways for cultural heritage organisations to strengthen their relevance, resilience, and connection with communities. All resources are freely available at recharge-culture.eu.
