Also February has passed by! March is filled with great activities such as a Darts Tournament and Roland Berger Dinner, but also the very first Board Interest drink.
After more than 9 months it is already time to start looking for our possible successors.
The highlight of February was the Landelijke Econometristen Dag (LED) 2017 that took place in Utrecht. More than 500 econometricians visited the Jaarbeurs to get in contact with different companies. Next to a case in the morning and afternoon, we enjoyed a game show, an inspiring speech by Timothy Prescott, a recruitment dinner and of course a party to finish the day in style.
Currently, our active members are busy preparing themselves for the always legendary Active Members weekend. This year we will travel all the way to Gorredijk to enjoy a weekend full of fun in a horse ranch. When we arrive back in Rotterdam, it is almost time for the first ever FAECTOR Darts Tournament on March 7. Will you become the next king of the dartboard? Or are you aiming for a position in the 52nd board of FAECTOR? If so, we would like to welcome you on our first Board Interest drink on Wednesday the 22nd of March in Eetcafé Concordia. Furthermore, on the 16th of March we will be hosting a FAECTOR Research Project (FRP) information drink. This project is focused on ambitious second-year students of Econometrics (and third year BSc2) that are interested in widening and enriching the perspective of their study. On the 20th of March we will have a dinner in Amsterdam with Roland Berger. This dinner is for Dutch students only. It's possible to subscribe until the 9th of March. Also interested in Capgemini, Milliman or PwC? On the 3rd of April we will have a dinner with them in restaurant In Den Rustwat. Lastly we would like to announce that you can start looking for your green cheerleader outfits. On the 4th of April we will encourage Excelsior to make sure that they will beat their opponent FC Utrecht. Keep an eye on our Facebook page to make sure you do not miss out!
