30km/h speed limits to make cities more livable

Anna Bornioli (Senior Researcher Mobility and Healthy Cities) discussed the 30km/h speed limits in the Italian newspaper La Repubblica. The article illustrates how the 30km/h speed limit and other transport policies adopted by Rotterdam and other European cities can contribute to make cities healthier and more livable.
