In 2018 Erasmus UPT and WYNE Strategy & Innovation are going to develop a monitoring system for the Urban Department Store Rotterdam (UDSR), a joint-initiative of retailers and property owners operating in the heart of the city. The UDSR Monitor will provide (continuous) insights into the dynamic of the main retail and horeca related activities in the area. The final goal is to help retailers and entrepreneurs to achieve UDSR’s goal to become the most innovative inner-city retail area of the Benelux.
