Introduction
Are you a marketing professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, coordinating campaigns and turning ideas into results? As Business Line Marketeer, you will be the marketing partner for one of RSM's business lines, helping to translate business objectives into effective marketing activities that support enrolment, engagement and growth.
Working closely with programme leadership, Sales and the wider marketing team, you will combine stakeholder management, marketing coordination, performance analysis and hands-on marketing support to help your business line achieve its goals. Through your work, you will contribute to RSM's mission of being a force for positive change.
Job description
As Business Line Marketeer, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing activities for a specific business line. You act as the link between programme leadership, Sales and the marketing team, ensuring marketing priorities are clear, campaigns are well coordinated and activities are aligned with business needs.
You will monitor campaign and pipeline performance, gather market and customer insights, and translate these into practical recommendations and actions. Alongside coordinating marketing support from the Marketing Shared Services team, you will also contribute directly to selected marketing activities, campaigns and events where needed.
Your daily activities and responsibilities include:
• Acting as the primary marketing contact for programme leadership and Sales within your business line.
• Translating business objectives, stakeholder needs and market insights into clear marketing priorities and briefs.
• Coordinating marketing activities and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Monitoring campaign, pipeline and conversion performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Analysing market, customer and competitor developments to strengthen positioning and marketing effectiveness.
• Defining success measures and evaluating the impact of marketing activities.
• Supporting and coordinating business line events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and acting as the main point of contact for marketing-related questions.
Job requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent through experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, positioning and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience using data and insights to evaluate performance and improve results.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferably you also have:
• Experience within higher education, executive education or professional services.
• Experience working with sales or commercial teams.
• Good command of Dutch.
