Since 2019, Woudestein campus has had a garden where employees and students grow fruit and vegetables together and, together with the beekeeper, take care of 60,000 bees from "Bee the Change".

Erasmus Food Lab: recipes that are good for people and the planet
Pinar Coskun is the founder of the Erasmus Food Lab, where she teaches the popular course "Sustainable and Equitable Food Strategies" and gives vegan cooking classes, where staff and students learn sustainable recipes.
