Introduction
Are you accurate and efficient when working with different systems, tools and data? Can you communicate on a professional level in English and Dutch, both in speaking and writing? And can you juggle a variety of different tasks at the same time while supporting employees in their HR-related questions? Then you could be our new HR Officer.
We are looking for an all-round HR professional, who has the ability to work in a culturally diverse, commercial environment to join our HR team as HR Officer a.i..
The position is for approximately 9 months, and at a certain moment the tasks can shift due to the reintegration of the HR Officer, or the assignment can be prolonged.

What to expect in this role
Our HR team operates in a hard-working dynamic environment. At RSM, we believe in bringing the client - both internal and external - to the center of everything we do. We want to recruit people who not only excel in their field, but who are also people focused. The HR team consists of 1 HR Director and 1 HR Advisor and 1 HR Officer. Currently, our HR Officer is absent for a longer period and that is why we are looking for a temporary HR Office to take over the HR administrative tasks and responsibilities and who can take over some work on HR Advisor-level.
To be exact, your daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
Execute all payroll related activities to ensure accurate payroll processing per month
Process salary mutations and other administrative steps, like drawing up contracts and confirmation letters
Process onboarding steps and secure HR onboarding sessions for new employees
Advise and support employees on their HR-related questions.
Casemanagement of all our illness cases according to the Gatekeeper Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).
Continuously develop and improve our HR processes and HRIS Nmbrs, for example creating workflows, leave module and leave arrangements, pre- and onboarding flow, end-of-year closing
Contribute as admin support to on-going strategic HR projects and annual HR calendar activities.
Support the organisation in reporting (HR data) needs and ensure data accuracy in the various systems
Job requirements
To be successful in this role you should…
Have excellent knowledge in the field of HR (Dutch labour law and payroll), either by education or work experience.
Have at least a few years of work experience in a comparable HR position.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably also in Dutch.
Experience with Nmbrs is a strong preference
Good level of Excel knowledge and skill
Have an independent, flexible, and proactive attitude.
Be approachable, social, yet also punctual and detail-oriented
Reliable and can handle confidential information in a god way.
