Leads the IDEA Center team, is responsible for the realisation of the activities and accompanying policy development
Chairs meetings with Faculty Diversity Officers
Translates the ambitions and objectives into concrete policies and projects, monitors the progress of the various projects and activities and communicates these to multiple stakeholders (through reports)
Guidance, daily management and communication from and with the team
Maintains the overview of policies and activities related to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access within EUR
Coordinates administrative decision making regarding the various projects
Is responsible for the budget and (financial) reporting
Supports and advises the Executive Board and the Chief Diversity Officer on policy
