At EUR, inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) are not additions to good education; they are part of what makes it good. The Erasmian values and the Education Vision 2023 call on us to educate engaged world citizens who can connect across differences and help address complex societal challenges. That work begins in the classroom, in the everyday choices we make about what we teach, how we teach it, and who feels able to contribute.
Inclusive teaching is an ongoing practice of awareness, intention, and small adjustments. This manual brings together background knowledge, practical tools, university resources, and further reading to support that practice.
